While it’s ideal, it’s not essential. Many students come with experience in NLP, embodiment, Reiki, business coaching or therapy — but our trainings are structured to support beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
Yes. The Spiral is an accredited modality by the International Institute of Complementary Therapies (IICT). You’ll receive a certificate of completion after each phase, and can gain Professional insurance as a certified Spiral Practitioner.
Each online training includes 3.5-hour weekly live Zoom sessions, 1–2 hours of self-study, and optional partner practice. The more you show up, the more you practice, the deeper the transformation.
Yes. We train you in how to work with emotional charge responsibly and with compassion. We also offer clear boundaries between coaching, therapy, and medical treatment. This is a somatically integrated complementary care transformational modality, so we don’t shy away from trauma, we teach you to understand the purpose, the protective mechanisms, how to gently hold space, and when to refer when it is beyond scope of practice.
